More than 15 years’ experience in intellectual property, 5 of them in patent prosecution. Milena has been a judicial clerk and has been in charge of preparing and filing patent applications in Colombia, making follow up of publications, filing amendments and payment of maintenance fees. She has also overseen patent prosecution in other jurisdictions. Training in basics of IP through online courses in WIPO and the Colombian Patent Office.
