Julián Segura

Lawyer fromPontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali, a student in course of post-graduatein Commercial Law at Externado University. With more than five years ofexperience in commercial and corporate law in law firms and companies in theservice sector, foreign trade, and logistics; specifically in corporategovernance and liability regime of directors, corporate conflicts andlitigation, incorporation, and transformation of companies, business groups andconglomerates, commercial contracts, and competition law. He is also a winnerof the Excellence in Justice Award, for the best academic research in law in2019, granted by The Excellence in Justice Corporation – Colombia.
