Cristian Sarmiento

Cristian is a lawyer and has Postgraduate studies in Commercial Law from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and is a candidate fora Master's in Private Law with an emphasis on Intellectual Property from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He has more than four years of experience in the public sector and as an associate attorney advising important national and foreign clients in intellectual property, consumer, comercial, and unfair competition law. His intellectual property practice focuses on strategic management of large multinational trademark and copyright portfolios, including their filing,prosecution, and enforcement, among others.
