Biography
Lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with a specialization in Tax Law and a Master’s degree in State Law with an emphasis on Tax Law. He has over 10 years of experience advising on tax, estate, and succession planning; litigation; tax authority audits; corporate reorganizations; and the structuring of transactions for both private companies and non-profit entities, including the cooperative sector. He previously served as an official at the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN), where he actively contributed to the drafting and regulation of tax reforms. In addition to his practice, he is a Research Professor at the Externado Center for Fiscal Studies (CEEF).
